Client Implementation Functions:Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirementsCompare requirements against application features to determine areas that need additional buildout (fit-gap analysis)Perform all application configuration and account configuration for new clientsCreate business logic for application according to requirements gathered from clientsTake existing databases and extract and map data for import to applicationTrack implementation project using Innotas and project spreadsheetsProvide application training sessions for internal and external usersBalance multiple implementations at once and ensure that personal and project deadlines are metBusiness Analyst Functions:Create and review test cases for QA and User-Acceptance testingConfigure test environments for application testingWrite bug reports and submit to the product development teamUse Team Foundation Server to research user stories, monitor bug resolution and perform follow-up on work items when necessaryPresent ideas for new features and user experience improvementsProduction Support Functions:Co-manage a team of off-shore support representativesServe as point of escalation for the off-shore teamPerform configuration changes and business logic updates as requested by clients and internal usersCreate and distribute reporting dashboards for application performance and support team effectivenessTriage support issues and resolve or route to appropriate expertsPerform support training for the offshore support teamSupport a variety of internal tools and applicationsRemote access into application servers for configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting (web servers, database servers & workflow engines)

Systems Administration & User Experience Functions:Serve as administrator of three separate business systems and as a support liaison for a fourth systemPerform new user setup and deactivation/transition of accounts no longer in usePerform system data integrity audits & cleanupMaintain data integrity by co-developing company data management policiesPerform data exports for reporting purposes and for upload into other systems that have no direct data connection within the applicationAssist employees with troubleshooting system issues and, when necessary, serve as the contact liaison for escalation of issues to appropriate support teamsCollect feedback from current users and evaluate ideas to improve user experience and to provide better training curriculum for new usersProvide new user training and materialsServe as contact liaison for system support and when necessary, escalate system issues to appropriate support teamsServed on implementation team for three core business systems (from vendor selection through go-live)Create documentation to aid in implementations and to track issues and resolutions within the applicationAssist with general IT help desk issues when neededCollect feedback regarding TrueBridge company website and work with web developers to improve the user experienceBusiness Analysis Functions:Utilize Cognos 8 Report Studio and Query Studio to provide executives and analysts with operational/financial reportsAuthor reports based on source data from multiple tablesPublish and distribute operational reports to the field via email and SharepointUtilize Excel (Vlookups, Hlookups, Pivot Tables, If Statements and other techniques) to compile and manipulate data
