Earlier in his career, Nick worked for Mars, PA Consulting, PwC and HP Bulmer plc - chairing a number of UK and international subsidiaries. His marketing and sales, HR and general management experience (at Exco level) enables Nick to bring further insight and authority to his role. He has served on the executive committees of three UK and European industry and professional associations.From 2007-2010, Nick chaired Leander Club, the world’s largest and most successful rowing club, home to the winners of nearly 30 individual medals at the Beijing and London Olympics.
