Provide overall leadership to the Center for Campus Involvement (CCI) and Pierpont Commons (PC) in University Unions at the University of Michigan. Co-Lead Student Activism Response and Management at the University of Michigan.Through CCI, ensure the implementation of 300 annual programs, student organization services across 3 student union buildings and 2 primary outdoor event spaces, a 12,000 square foot state-of-the-art co-working space for student organizations called the IdeaHub, and well-considered learning and development for over 1600 student organizations. CCI has a $1.5 million total budget.Through PC, ensure operational excellence of a 90,000 square foot student union building that hosts 1600 annual events with an annual revenue stream of more than $2 million and $10,000 daily visitors. PC has 5 lease operations and multiple University services. Collective staff composition of 19 FTE and 100 graduate and undergraduate student employees. Serve on University Unions and Student Life leadership teams. University Unions is a self-funded auxiliary enterprise with total budget volume of $20 million.

Co-Chaired Welcome to Michigan, the University’s annual fall welcome program for new students, with the Office of New Student Programs. As part of the department's leadership team, established the Center for Campus Involvement in 2011, an organizational merger between separate campus programs and student organization support offices.
