Up until November 2009, the company I currently work for was a locally owned mortgage company servicing primarily the southern Arizona region, although interstate mortgage financing and lending operations were performed. I developed markets, created business networks, counseled homebuyers, communicated with industry professionals and cultivated an extensive resource base to operate a highly successful business model.
