Working for Kingfisher Future Homes, a new company set up by Kingfisher to focus on the energy efficiencey market, my role was responsible for managing the social housing contracts for installing energy saving measures to their housing stock.The role involved setting up agreements with installers, forming strong relationships with clients, creating commercial pricing models, calculating ECO funding from EPC's and GDAR's and creating JCT contracts for these initiatives.KEY ACHEIVEMENTS• Accountable for in depth commercial pricing review and identified cost savings of over 20%• Delivered the first B2B contracts of this type for Kingfisher covering retrofit programmes of over 60 houses and 3 blocks of flats• Developed an In depth understanding of the funding from the Energy Company Obligation and its commercial impact to our businessKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Created commercial pricing models for retrofit schemes using ECO data• Management of housing provider client relationships following initial business development conversations through to project delivery• Management of relationship with 3rd party installers• Responsible for creating JCT contracts for the agreements with legal support • Key driver in the business to business strategy and plan for energy efficiency retrofit initiatives
