This often involves liaising with the client with the aim to identify any number of issues, to advise relevant stake holders on a remediation plan moving forward. This has traditionally revolved around network and hardware faults, with varied levels of impact and expected level of service return in line with client SLA. Focus towards preventative action to minimise exposure to revenue loss, whilst also providing an improved customer outcome by way of minimised service outage.In recent years the shift from traditional carriage delivery has created opportunities for customers to migrate towards more flexible platforms, whilst also benefiting from price improvement. This has also opened opportunity for misleading practice for customers who are not savvy in Telephony, or what is worthwhile for them as a company. A large amount of my clients are located within highly competitive territories, where constant marketing is an accepted norm. They have leaned on to trusted and reputable sources of service and information, I have found myself applying considerable efforts in keeping providing customer awareness. This has attention to ethical behaviours have been rewarded with continued custom. I am a firm believer in the mantra of trusted telephony consultancy, which creates confidence in the solution that I assist with by way of architecture, design and implementation.If you believe it, honour it, and endorse it – the act is contagious and by the virtue of your ethical merits, you become a trusted partner that can be leaned on for reliable advice and information that a customer can build a foundation upon.
