Enquinta is the Condominium Administrator for Pinheiros Altos Golf Resort, Quinta do Lago, offering a stunning range of villas, townhouses & apartments to purchase or rent. Pinheiros Altos Golf club consists of 27 Holes set amongst the pine trees & landscaped surroundings of Quinta do Lago and the Ludo valley. EnQuinta is an exclusive property and condominium management company located in the heart of Quinta do Lago - Algarves most prestigious private residential development. A team of 32 staff in Portugal and UK, EnQuinta manages a portfolio of private properties in Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo the surrounding Golden Triangle. Enquinta celebrated its 10 year anniversary in 2004.In 2006 Nick established Unique Luxury Holidays Ltd (ULH) a travel agency offering exclusive self accommodation to trade and consumers. Sales, Marketing and Partner programme operate out of offices located in Chester, UK. ULH operate in the Algarve, Barbados, Mallorca and St. Lucia.He has two degrees from Loughborough University in Design and Technology and maintains a passionate interest in both fields and constantly looks to both disciplines as key influencers in how he shapes his companies and develops new services or offerings to its clients.Nick is a qualified RYA Yacht Master and when the time allows enjoys sailing.
