Provides overall leadership and executive oversight of Wheelock Family Theatre at Boston University, a professional theatre company with a robust theatre arts education program. Established in 1981, Wheelock Family Theatre at Boston University (WFT) has provided affordable and award-winning, professional theatre and theatre arts education to families in the greater Boston area through an unwavering commitment to inclusion, diversity, and access. In partnership with a staff of professional artists and arts administrators, is responsible for creating a strategic vision that fulfills WFT@BU’s artistic, educational, and social justice purposes

Develops & leads organization wide programs (multi-year partnerships, educational & artistic initiatives, internship experiences) amplifying the organization's mission and achieving revenue goals.

Worked with the Artistic Directors to conceive and execute the organization mission. Cast 40+ productions, improved part-time artistic employee satisfaction, and creatively led major fundraising events and initiatives.

Managed and coordinated all areas of casting for the 2013-2014 professional theatre season.

Designated and implemented the overall mission of the theatre: supporting emerging artists through development and production of new plays that engage diverse audiences and reflect the perspectives and identities of The District.

Previously worked as a Sales Associate and Visual Merchandiser since 2016.

Assisted the Artistic Director and Associate Artistic Director in the areas of: casting, season selection, and general support necessary to the success of the department.

Assisted in over a dozen theatre arts classes with students from age 3 ½ through grade 12, both at SCT facilities and satellite locations. Served as rehearsal stage manager for RENT: THE SCHOOL EDITION. Provided front of house support for Summer Season productions. Aided the Education office in selling and organizing merchandise, developing curricular exercises for upcoming mainstage productions, and assisting in the daily needs of the Drama School.

Assisted in the daily operation of a not-for-profit theatre organization. Tracked and took ticket orders, created marketing and promotional materials, general office staffing. Aided the SpeakEasy staff with auditions and development events including the annual benefit gala. Collaborated in all areas of marketing, development, artistic, and management as needed.

Stage Managed and acted as lead intern for Break Dancing Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Nights Dream, summer youth collaboration, for ages 13 to 18, between Hartford Stage and Greater Hartford Arts Council. Performed basic office duties along with offering resume and headshot sessions for program participants.
