- Responsible for patching/securing all WCB client PC’s via Ivanti Endpoint Manager / LANDesk ’ software to minimize WCB’s risks to exploits/vulnerabilities. This has been completed while always exceeding SLA targets and following change management processes.- Accountable for documenting and certifying software and software as a service applications for the WCB environment, this includes testing the software for functionality and compatibility and documenting the process in our service catalog.- Created and maintained WCB’s standard build for 8 years for multiple Windows OS' as primary architect.- Utilized Microsoft WSUS to manage and review, approve/deny Microsoft patches via WSUS to secure the WCB environment while ensuring quality of service to our clients.- Represented Information Management as a member of the WCB Health and Wellness Safety Advisory Committee.- Ensured key deliverable's are met with client satisfaction in every project.- Developed documentation on process and procedures. Refined documents after peer review of team.- Worked as a key resource in many WCB projects/work requests requiring OS level configuration or installations working with many departments or external service providers.- Responsible for executing ‘Change Management” best practices and understanding the importance of the WCB Information Management process.- Maintained critical data analysis and tracked changes regarding first and third party patches.- Responsible for managing ‘Logistics’ HEAT Ticketing system queue, managing tickets in multiple stages of their life cycle following standards internally designed to maximize quality of service while following process and meeting SLA expectations.
