In the role as IT service/contracts Manager, I work directly with, and deputise for the IT Director, carrying out the following duties:- Manage the IT budget, resource and procurement- Manage the various IT contracts and suppliers- Implement new IT and technology within the organisation- Manage the problem, Incident and change processes- Manage ITIL processes within the organisation- Create and manage a risk register for the business- Manage the front end websites including dealing with clients directly- On-boarding three new white label companies within the last 12 months- Helping to increase revenue through growth and acquisitions- Assist the IT senior project manager with project implementation where required- Work closely with the Chief Financial officer, Chief Marketing officer and Chief Executive Officer to manage the daily operations of the business- Manage our suppliers and the underlying KPIs, SLAs and overall service quality- Successfully upgraded the company telephonyWorking for a stockbroker has given me experience of equities, funds, Gilts, Bonds as well as new products such as ISA’s, SIPPs and trading as a whole. I have a good understanding of how a company within financial services now operates from front office to back office operations.
