Integration with the policy administration systems responsible for policy document generation provided a seamless experience for application end users to obtain policy data and documents.• Designed and implemented an integration between the Insurance policy administration system (DuckCreek) and ImageRight that facilitated the transmission of data and documents from DuckCreek to ImageRight. ImageRight was chosen to replace SharePoint as the content management system at Endurance.• Aligned resources to deliver prioritized application enhancements based on available capacity and skill sets in application release cycles.
