At Futureboard I found the right talent for the right role and brought that talent in on-time and to budget. At a strategic level I supported in defining and identifying long term leadership potential to the client in the most cost-effective ways. For some clients we worked as an extension to their HR departments looking after the end-to-end recruitment process for their graduate programmes. I covered recruitment in tech, FMCG, Oil and Gas and financial services.

I supported the Business Operations Manager ensuring that the company achieved its objectives through the management of information systems. I developed my analytical skills when carrying out and coordinating audit checks to ensure records for all contracts met funding requirements. I also improved my evaluative skills when completing quarterly observations of teaching, training and learning to ensure our clients received the best possible service.It was my duty to maintain the company’s policies and procedures in relation to Quality, Health and Safety and Equal Opportunities and ensure that OFSTED requirements were taken into consideration within all aspects of provision. Furthermore, I assisted various teams with audit queries and regularly liaised with representatives of external companies.
