Oracle USA, Inc., 17-625 (S. Ct.)• Advise on policy studies, including the Office's ongoing AI initiative and forthcoming study addressing IP law issues arising from the use of non-fungible tokens (NFTs)• Serve as product counsel on development of the Enterprise Copyright System (ECS), including the electronic Recordation System and the Copyright Public Records System (CPRS) o Identify and address legal, regulatory, and policy issues that arise during development of the Office’s online electronic recordation system and online public records system o Conduct legal review of public-facing materials and external communications, participate in webinars providing guidance to pilot participants and members of the public• Counsel senior leadership and congressional staff on draft legislation relating to title 17
