The China Affairs Forum at GW is an Elliott School-affiliated student organization dedicated to studying U.S.-China strategic competition from an objective and nonpartisan perspective. As the Assistant Director of Outreach, I plan speaker events and gain connections with individuals in the DC area who work in areas related to Chinese foreign policy, Intelligence and Counter-Espionage, National and International Security, Chinese domestic issues, and Chinese history.

Cougars for Change is a Courtland High School based, student-run activism and civil rights organization. As the founder and leader of the organization, I planned and carried out multiple demonstrations to ensure the rights and voices of Virginia students were protected and advanced. As the founder and leader of the organization, I planned and carried out multiple demonstrations to ensure the rights and voices of Virginia students were protected and advanced. This included:- Starting a bipartisan coalition to create a Student Advisory Committee to the Spotsylvania School Board.- Planning a demonstration to protect women's rights in Virginia following the overturning of Roe v. Wade.- Planning a walkout in response to VA Governor Youngkin's proposed transgender guidelines.- Constantly updating the community on legal matters regarding the Spotsylvania School Board. Worked with the Library of Congress Veterans History Project to record interviews of US Veterans that fought in the Korean, Vietnam, Gulf, and Cold Wars. The project took on three phases: community outreach and recruitment, production of the video interviews, and the compiling and editing of interview materials.
