Nick Bauer is the President and Founder of FCP Euro, one of the most highly recognized brands and fastest-growing eCommerce providers of automotive parts for European vehicles.Nick first began working in the automotive aftermarket at a young age when he began going to work at his parents brick and mortar store. By the age of 18, he had acquired firsthand experience involving purchasing, vendors, sales, brands, vehicles, and customers and had the ability to run a profitable store.In February of 2000, Nick started a small venture selling parts from the store on eBay as a way to earn extra spending money while attending the University of Connecticut. By the following spring, sales from the eBay venture had surpassed that of the store. It became a full-time job and Nick left school to pursue his dreams of owning and building his own business.Nick sits on FCP Euro’s Executive Team and has been a part of FCP Euro’s incredible growth every step of the way for the past 24 years. He is currently responsible for the Product and Catalog Division at FCP Euro with its primary focus to deliver a compelling product offering to loyal customers. The team consists of members committed to building and maintaining vendor relationships, product development, category management, and digital catalog technologies.Nick’s skills include Catalog and Product development, vendor negotiations, relationship management, inventory management, category management, and root cause analysis.In 2013 Nick was awarded the AIA Young Executive of the Year. In 2015 he was elected to serve on the Executive Leadership Council of the Import Vehicle Segment within the Auto Care Association where he has been an active member since. In 2022 he was also elected to serve on the Auto Care Association's International Trade Committee.
