As the Head of Production, I lead all aspects of production, from initial planning through execution. My role involves sourcing film crews, talent, and equipment to ensure each project meets the highest standards. I’m also responsible for creating and managing production budgets, crafting detailed proposals, and occasionally leading camera operations to meet the creative vision of the project at hand.Beyond production, I manage operational tasks such as invoicing, overseeing sales and client acquisition, and develop systems to enhance workflow efficiency with the goal of streamlining processes to drive the success of every project we undertake.On the post-production side, I occasionally handle file management and editing of final deliverables, ensuring they meet the expectations and standards of our clients.
