Actively contribute to the evolution of the business strategy and provide the business with timely insightful data, to support informed tactical and strategic decisions. Management of vendors and outsourced teams to ensure mutually beneficial alignment and agility. Maintain a proactive review of new technology and methodologies. Conceptualize, design, develop, deliver & manage online client solutions as well as partner integrations. Ensure effective security technology and procedures are implemented as part of the wider business governance, whilst ensuring these are supporting business growth, not unnecessarily impeding it.

Responsibilities: Accountable for evolving the business systems and infrastructure supporting over 300 internal users across 9 offices in Australia and New Zealand, into an efficient fully redundant, secure market differentiator, whilst supporting the marketing requirements of over 800 clients.

Responsibilities: Transform the business systems and IT environment at their two Australian sites and international offices in Germany and the US, into one capable of supporting their global ambitions.
