Thank you for viewing my profile. I have been a specialist in the valuations industry since 1997, with Knight Frank Valuations (SA) for more than 10 years with a focus on high end commercial properties. Knight Frank Valuations (SA) is South Australia's largest "top tier" residential and commercial valuation practice, comprising a dynamic team of valuers who each specialise in the full range of property sectors, such as Retail, Hotels & Leisure, Industrial, Agribusiness (Inc. Water Licences), Health & Aged Care, Child Care, Residential, Plant & Equipment and Residential Developments. We are panel valuers for all the major Australian banks. The majority of my work involves providing valuation advice for mortgage, financial reporting and general consultancy purposes for a range of clients, including all the major Australian banks, State Government, Adelaide Airport and institutional owners. My specialisation is in the CBD Commercial Office market, however I have had extensive involvement at the institutional level for industrial property. I have been an expert witness in the District Court, and presented several times to members of the API as part of the Continuing Professional Development Program, and I have served on the Membership Applications Committee of the Australian Property Institute since 2006.Specialties: Commercial office markets and industrial property, and a general consultancy for major banks, A-REITS and various Government and Institutional owners.
