Lead a team of 22 high performing individuals accountable for:- Defining and implementing the technical strategy of Internet & Mobile Banking platforms that served 23 countries.- Delivering a portfolio of more than twelve Online, Mobile, and Tablet projects that transformed the Digital Channels into revenue generating sources. Total projects budget in excess of $50M.Championed the IB Technology Division’s digital transformation which consisted on implementing Agile and customer-focused delivery methodologies. Led the ‘Emerging Technologies & Innovation Team’ that monitored Digital trends and recommended investment or partnership with FINTECH companies.Key Accomplishments: - Awarded -four years in a row- the Global Finance magazine’s best Retail Internet Bank recognition in 18 of the markets we operated in. - Delivered a Mobile Wallet product, in partnership with the Bill Gates Foundation, that Time Magazine included on the list of “five ideas that will change the world”.

- Defined the Mobile Banking Banking Channel strategy and lead its implementation in 20 countries.

- Led an ‘internal consulting team’ charged with improving existing processes that impact customer experience by implementing digital solutions.
