Tracked risk, progress to milestones, project phase entry/exit, and managed communication with client's executive leadership.▪ For same project, led training workstream that delivered successful training to 30~ end users existing in both Demand Planning organization and CoE. ▪ Executed and managed training build and prepared client counterparts to deliver training to end users. Consisted of managing 2-person offshore team, validating training content with overall project team, and leading training preparation with client stakeholders.

▪ Developed new reporting framework leveraging Google Data Studio, expanding reporting capability from three clients to ten clients without any increase in headcount▪ Created and implemented automated method to measure social media post success from the content category level, enabling project managers to adjust overarching content strategy to maximize digital reach for clients ▪ Defined and calculated funnel conversion rates for healthcare client based on insurance provider and identified four high-conversion providers for client to prioritize initial appointment slots

▪ Leveraged retailer data to develop report measuring days of supply and dollar valuation for over $35,000,000 of inventory in Kroger distribution network, allowing sales teams to more accurately forecast revenue ▪ Avoided $170,000 in out-of-stock lost profit by advising Kroger baking buyers on replenishment of SKUs from overflow distribution centers ▪ Engaged sales teams and data warehouse manager to incorporate Walmart supply plan into internal data warehousing system, partially automating formerly manual Retail Link query and creating central, shared supply plan
