In his capacity as Owners Representative, Development Director, Asset Manager and Project Manager, Nick Biro has overseen the due diligence, acquisition, entitlement, planning, engineering, and construction of projects from concept to completion. He brings over 25 years of experience in real estate development for commercial, resort and residential projects. Nick possesses a strong background in large scale master planned communities, infill residential projects, infrastructure development and public works. As Development Director he has overseen the entitlement and project coordination for over 3,000 residential units in the Inland Empire, CA. Responsibilities include the day-to-day management of Professional Services Consultants, Local, State and Federal environmental permits and project budget and schedule.As Asset Manager for Troxler Venture Partners, Inc. he managed a portfolio of over $800 Million Dollars in Real Estate assets. Responsibilities include day-to-day management and coordination with Venture Partners, draw review, project funding, monthly and quarterly reporting.Nick holds a Master’s degree in Planning and Development from the, University of Southern California, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Pepperdine University. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, a Member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), and holds both a General Engineering Contractor License "A" and General Building Contractor License "B". He has served two terms as an appointed Harbor Commissioner and two terms as Planning Commissioner (2009-2012 and 2012-2016) served as the Chair for the General Plan Advisory Committee (GPAC) for the City of Redondo Beach, CA.
