Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to assess roofing needs, develop project plans, and provide accurate/efficient cost estimates. Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate project progress, quality of work, and compliance with industry standards. Ensure the proper use of materials, equipment, and tools, and maintain inventory to meet project requirements efficiently. Implement and enforce safety protocols, leading to a zero-accident record during my tenure.
