Before I became a teenager, I had already decided that I would like to have an unmatched work ethic. It all started growing up in a middle-lower class household. I took it upon myself to work extremely hard and try to provide for myself. At twelve years old I had several clients that I would provide landscaping services for. Ranging from mowing yards, raking leaves, to even tree trimming. This went on for about three years until I was recruited by a local landscaping company. I worked at this company until I was sixteen, and then decided that I wanted to move to an indoor setting. Moving on from there, I have worked in multiple restaurants in the North Texas area and have worked my way up to a management position at my current job where I have learned how to train and coordinate team members, purchasing and receiving, vendor relations, and project management. I would like to transfer this experience from the service industry to a successful business career. I now possess the skills of multitasking and working well managing a team. I know the mental and physical strength it takes to work in the service industry, and this will likely increase my productivity in the business world. Numbers and finance have always been a top strength for me, and as Theodore Roosevelt once said, "believe you can, and you're halfway there."
