When these orders have been placed, they are input on Sage and processed in a timely manner.Furthermore my role also involves discovering new opportunities and demonstrating the excellent service and products the company can provide for an potential new customer.

Large UK privately owned meat company who provide innovative meat products to retailers such as M&S and AldiMy role consisted of-o Amending orders daily for M&S and Aldi based on the customers’ demands and the inventory available to meet these demands by logging on both internal and external systems.o Producing the days shortage report and providing reasons for any shortages and sending them to internal managers and M&S managers.o Amending orders by using delivery notes and invoicing the customer within a certain timescale.o Updated product information on the internal system such as product weight, prices and units per tray to enable the invoicing to be carried out accurately.o Investigating any debits that have been raised by M&S.o Logging any discrepancies between the order on the internal system and proof of delivery received from the hauler Gist and carrying out any amendments which results from these discrepancies.o Producing the weekly estimated sales and actual sales reports for the M&S orders.o Reconciling the M&S orders each month by comparing the invoiced amounts with the sales figures on the system and investigating any differences by liaising with the finance department.

My role consisted ofo Sending certificates of conformance and analysis to customers for goods daily to ensure regulations are met.o Putting stock onto the system which has been directly sent by suppliers and transferring stock between Kent Foods depots.o Allocating stock to customer orders and ensuring the orders are invoiced within the agreed timescales.o Liaising with other departments and depots with the business to ensure that the customers receive the orders and documents required for delivery.o Handling queries from customers and colleagues with regards to orders.

My role consisted ofo Processing weekly and monthly payrolls for a wide range of clients from Medical Practices to Language Schools.o Communicating with clients via e-mail and telephone in order to fulfil their needs with regards to payroll.o Managing workflow in order to ensure all payrolls were processed within the specified time and all deadlines and regulations were met.

Lloyds Banking Group is major bank who operate mainly within the UK but also have offices in other countries such as the USA & Philippines. My role consisted of-o Producing teams’ daily figures which involved extracting current information for the day from reports and providing each member of the team with this information and advising them what duties had to be carried out that day.o Reconciling branch NPA’s: Non personal accounts are used by banks to record transactions between branches and customers or in branch transactions such as postage and sundry items. This involved reconciling the branch accounts from the previous day to ensure all transactions had been carried out and accounts were at zero balance.o Problem Solving: An example of this is investigating a discrepancy between a daily balance on an NPA and the NPA balance on a system used to reconcile entries. In order to find the difference, I had to work through a month’s reports in order to compare the entries on the banks system and the entries on the reports and ensure all entries had been uploaded accordingly. By doing this I was able to identify the difference and identify money that a customer was due. o Training new and existing colleagues on team processes. I was tasked with training colleagues on the processes in the team and showing them how to carry out daily tasks using the banks systems.o Updating spreadsheets with the work that had been carried out and logging any unsolved differences in accounts.o Communicating information at team and floor shouts: Team shouts involved the team gathering in the morning and going over any Bank memos, discussing previous day’s performance and raising any issues relating to the team.
