Project: High Road West, Tottenham, London Borough of HaringeySitting on the Project Leadership team, carried responsibility for bringing a seasoned delivery focus to all project activity, from preparing the planning application to on-site delivery including developing appropriate strategies for resourcing, design, procurement, execution and operational management, whilst complying with all health and safety, environmental and sustainability objectives. Establishing client relationships and working in compliance with complex development agreement governance requirements. Other operational responsibilities include ensuring robust commercial contracting arrangements and managing project’s risk, cost, operational performance and cost planning strategies.

Project: Elephant Park, SouthwarkResponsible for co-ordinating sitewide activities between public realm and infrastructure and construction teams, residential operational interface and meanwhile use delivery. Operational activities included overarching management and responsibility for delivery of multiple projects including replacement project office, external works, customer sales suite and management office and further special projects. Financial responsibility for the sitewide operational, planning and construction budgets and overall resource forecasting. Co-ordinated highly sequential and timebound town and country planning and s106 activity management to ensure compliance with overarching planning requirements, s106 obligation strategies and offsite works.

Project: Silvertown, Phase 1Responsible for co-ordinating design of the phase 1 masterplan technical disciplines with the residential and commercial building project teams and masterplan design consultants, ensuring the Phase 1 reserved matters planning application was submitted in compliance with GLA programme requirements. Achieved timely submission of a well sign-posted and technically complete planning application which was subsequently approved. Co-ordination meetings were held with the investment partner throughout to ensure transparency of process and progress.

Multi-focussed role which includes:• Leading an innovation project researching the use of modern methods of construction within the residential sector. • Sitting on the MHCLG working party which is formed by a wide-ranging industry group and tasked with exploring how modern methods of construction can positively impact residential delivery quality and speed.• Sitting on the Offsite Supply Chain School leadership group furthering the use of MMC within construction. • Working with project team to investigate delivery using DfMA techniques and offsite volumetric production. • Leading a management consultant in developing updated business processes, establishing a transformation project management office and integration of new technologies into the residential business and delivering business process improvement

The Timberyard, Deptford. Responsible for the contract conversion from development to delivery for the first phase of construction covering vertical build and the main infrastructure backbone for the development. Managed a team to deliver a new form of integrated delivery contract and acted as development representative for the early construction stage.

Project: Deptford, London Borough of LewishamLead project manager responsible for management of a team of development project managers in the selection and appointment of the client design team, management of the cost plan, preparation and monitoring of the development programme in line with project profit plans and engagement with business support functions for the delivery of sustainable initiatives, cross project knowledge exchange and residential business standardisation. This is a multi-year, multiphase delivery project comprising of around 1,100 residential units and in excess of 10,000sqm of non-residential space.

Responsible for running a team completing post- Olympic Games retrofit scope across 5 residential plots, the Sir Ludwig Gottman Health Centre and Chobham Academy. All plots were delivered to timescales and budgets agreed with the Olympic Delivery Authority. The role required involvement in the lead management team, safety leadership at Tier 1 director level and senior client liaison and programme management.

Whilst the Olympic Games were underway worked in the North West Europe Project Management Office. Varied experience across PMO activities. Bid leader on an £11m new build project, managing the bid development, submission and post tender interviews. Separately, selected by a major blue chip client as the project manager on a £30m office development. Additionally, prepared a roll-out programme for a multisite client launching a programme of works in the Netherlands and developed phased cost and programme reduction initiatives for integration within the programme. Compiled and issued a customer account plan for a major multinational client.

Project: Athlete’s Village, StratfordEmployers Agent/Senior Project manager responsible for procurement and contract management in the delivery of the Chobham Academy (£45m), Multistorey Car Park (£9m) and residential blocks N13 and N26 (£100m). Responsible for working with Tier 1 contractors in successful delivery of all blocks ahead of the 2012 London Olympic Games. Significant programme and cost pressures were managed through the introduction of production controls and monitoring of delivery cost and resource metrics. The project involved complex contractual arrangements with site works being challenged by tight intra-plot logistics in a constantly changing project environment.

Multiple roles working within fast-track, multisite roll-out programmes delivery for clients including DWP, BP (UK and Netherlands), Marks and Spencer and McDonalds in a consultancy capacity. Responsible for all pre-construction, project management, design management and site contractor delivery management, driving value in procurement advantage, lifecycle cost analysis leading to design improvement and capex/opex balancing.
