Nick Brothers is Vice President of the Indianapolis Demolition Company and is responsible for all back office duties. This includes sales, marketing, accounting, strategy and P/L. Nick began his career in the waste and recycling industry as an entrepreneur/owner in 2001 with Victory Waste Solutions. Victory Waste Solutions provided on demand roll-off dumpster service for contractors and industrial clients. Nick directed personnel and wore hats in sales, advertising, marketing, operations, safety, budgeting, collections, and accounting. Victory Waste Solutions was acquired by Best Way Disposal in 2009 where Nick served roles in strategic planning, sales management and business development. Prior to co-founding the Indianapolis Demolition Company in 2013 Nick served as the Director of Operations at Trinity Metals. Trinity Metals is an international wholesaler, processor and trading company specializing in purchasing, processing and selling non-ferrous metals, specialty metals and e-scrap. While working at Trinity Metals Nick utilized the transportation knowledge that he gained while working in the logistics business at Stretch Logistics.
