As a supervisor I lead a team of 10-20 skilled hosting guides who resolve customer's issues and sell solutions when needed. Continuous coaching and development is a key to my approach and my team see's considerable positive attrition. I run pilot programs regularly to create and test new approaches.

At this position I take inbound support calls and provide not just technical assistance, but a full consultation to every customer who contacts us.

I support 4 main software lines along with numerous supporting software across a variety of platforms. This includes web based javascript programs and SQL and .NET based installed versions of our curriculum delivery programs. When our call levels increase, I also assist in training temporary lower level technicians to assist with the workload. I wokr directly with one of our larger schools are their personal liaison. This school is owned by our company so keeping both departments up to date is a regular occurrence.

I assisted customers in selecting the appropriate cuts of meat. I also prepared cuts and stocked shelves. Heavy customer interaction taught me alot about face to face communications.

I delivered pizza during afternoon and evening shifts. While not delivering I was trained to fill every position in the kitchen as well.Primarily I learned customer service, but also learned a lot about operations and the importance of streamlining processes.
