    In my current role I have P&L responsibility for a £7m ecommerce store, where I manage both the Dellonda homeware brand and the Baridi cooking brand. My team covers digital advertising, CRO, SEO and demand generation. I also oversee the creation of all sales copy, photography and videography which we deploy in Amazon A+ content, and around the web. I deploy a budget of £500,0000 per year split across Google Advertising, Amazon Advertising and Meta Advertising. Since joining the company I have reduced reliance on Amazon by bringing onboard OnBuy, Wayfair, The Range, Robert Dyas, Debenhams and of course dramatically improving the performance of the website. Reliance on Amazon is down from 95% of revenue to approximately 67% providing significantly more resilience. In addition to advertising I have introduced a full CRM with automated email marketing campaigns and trigger based events. In order to deliver the best brand experience and to meet SLAs, I have responsibility for the Customer Service department, allowing me to completely curate the buying experience from end to end.
