While my primary role is to process and prepare all orders for Interchim, I am often tapped to assist in other areas as needed, including manufacturing and testing CMS systems and sources.

I was initially hired to process the incoming graduate school applications. In the first month, I was transitioned to a position with more responsibilities that urgently needed coverage. In this role, I managed scheduling, ordering, and projects for the department, including a large scale overhaul of each of the faculty offices. I adapted quickly, and in two months was able to complete the office project which had been stalled for nearly a year.

As Head of Esports I managed a team of 40 writers while also writing, editing and managing our website. I contributed to increasingly growing readership, edited in AP style on short deadlines, and was in charge of onboarding new writers to ensure both quality content and an open, inclusive workplace.

At Northeastern, I worked to support the Major Gifts team for the D'Amore-McKim school of Business. I managed both long term projects and urgent requests, responding to a variety of situations as needed. Working in Salesforce and Excel daily, I continually produced and maintained spreadsheets to track vital pipeline information. Additionally, I took the lead on collaborative projects with various departments outside of the business school.
