Over his 25-year career Nick has held a broad range of senior management positions in industry with Exxon/Imperial Oil and has spent the past 15 years leading successful consulting organizations.As a highly regarded leader in strategy development and execution, Nick has served 100+ companies around the globe from the Board level to the front line, including Air Canada, BFGoodrich, CIBC, TD Bank, Hallmark, Kraft, Rolls-Royce, SickKids Hospital, University of Toronto, and the Young President’s Organization (YPO).Nick is active in his community where he serves as the Vice-Chair of the Bayview Glen Board and also Chairs their Advancement Committee. He has also provided guidance as a mentor with the Canadian Youth Business Foundation, a strategy consultant with the Make A Wish Foundation, a strategic planning instructor at the CAIS Leadership Institute, and as a strategy lecturer at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School MBA program.
