This includes:• Due diligence reviews in relation to mergers, acquisitions, integrations or transfers of services in the NHS• Independent financial assessments and assurance reviews of healthcare organisations, usually for regulatory purposes• Development of business cases and options appraisals• Development and preparation of financial models (including long-term financial models for the NHS) and critical review of underlying assumptions• Assurance reviews of financial recovery plans and cost improvement plans• Board governance reviews and inancial governance, controls and risk management framework
