Proven Senior Banking Executive with over 5 years at this level, and 10 year at senior management level across multiple divisions of the Group, in all banking disciplines, as well as leading Enterprise-Wide Transformation projects. Alongside general management I have recently spend time leading a Group Transformation program Charter with accountability for our direct banking network productivity transformation, with our member of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). The current role I am performing is now with our Retail Bank, which includes accountability for our Community Banking franchise model, a network of which has been globally recognised as one of the biggest and most successful social enterprises in the world. Outside the banking arena, I have been involved in a number of private investments in Hotel industry and successfully grown Hotels in both Melbourne and regional centres. Alongside this I have actively been involved in a number of community-based Boards and Councils, as a Director, namely Workspace Australia (Small Business Incubator enterprise), and the Bendigo Business Council. I have also spent time consulting to the AFL sporting industry and several small business ventures. Prior to my professional life commencing in 2000, I spent 5 years playing AFL professional football with 3 AFL teams, while studying at University.
