Revitalized suite of newsletters now numbering more than 20. Managed and edited, since launch, subscriber-only offerings by writers like Imani Perry and Charlie Warzel. Revamped flagship newsletter The Atlantic Daily, adding original news analysis by Tom Nichols and other writers as well as a new weekend edition focused on culture. Developed and launched multiple other newsletters, including World Cup pop-up featuring Franklin Foer and Clint Smith. Coordinated across editorial, assigning and editing newsletter coverage in politics, tech, health, culture, and more. Worked closely with product, engineering, marketing, and research. Oversaw four people, including three that I hired.

Founded daily news site about the creator economy and internet culture, publishing reported features and interviews cited in The Atlantic, The New Yorker, and Vulture. Hired one full-time writer. Increased monthly unique visitors 4X in 6 months.

Have written features and criticism for Rolling Stone (including lead print review of the 2019 Harry Styles album), Billboard (inc. 2018 cover story on John Mayer), Spin (inc. 2006 cover story on Panic at the Disco), New York magazine, and many other magazines and websites.

Hired as Features Editor in Janice Min's revamp of the publication and later promoted to oversee entire magazine. Introduced newsmaking investigative features, new editorial tentpoles, in-depth coverage of streaming, and extensive access to A-list music artists and executives. Booked covers, recruited and edited top writers like Doreen St. Felix and Allison P. Davis, and led fast-turnaround packages on events like the Orlando nightclub shooting and death of Aretha Franklin, the latter of which won an LA Press Club award. Directly managed four people.

Wrote widely shared articles, created playlists, and co-hosted the SiriusXM Editor's Hour.

Oversaw startup pop music site focused on interactive features, video, and daily news. Managed five people. Increased monthly uniques 2X and pageviews 3X.
