Key projects included long term strategy formation; commercial structure redevelopment, integrated portfolio introduction and corporate rebranding.• Led repositioning of the company with its key external stakeholders – liaising with the company’s banking, institutional and retail investor communities and analysts, working alongside external agencies and our NOMAD (finnCap).• Delivered demonstrable improvements against a number of measures – published results for 2015 included growth of revenue (9%) and PBT (47%) and significant reduction in net borrowings (-61%).
