Delivering quality training to KWCP agents both live onsite, online and via telephone. Training content includes sales skills; KW tools and systems; lead generation skills. Gaining a complete understanding of students’ incoming skill/knowledge levels prior to training; completing all necessary preparations prior to the training start time; having a thorough understanding of the content being delivered; and overall providing effective quality instruction that will be evaluated.Manage the content that is delivered to KWCP agents. Actively collaborating with the Team Leader, ALC Education Chairperson, Regional programs, KWRI events and other resources to stay abreast of changes in the local market and KWRI programs, tools, etc. Making edits to training calendar working with the Team Leader to keep information up-to-date, scheduling and conducting “train-the-trainer" sessions with instructors as needed to ensure information is delivered and implemented effectively; collaborating with other KWCP team members in support of KWRI events such as Family Reunion, Masterminds, Mega Camp, and MAPS programs.

As the first Listing Specialist in Maryland for Redfin I was responsible for working with Redin's seller clients throughout the service region of Montgomery, Howard, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Prince Georges and Frederick Counties. I responded to each listing request submitted personally and conducted follow-up, in person meetings with sellers at their homes to evaluate the property and determine a fair asking price for the property. Once working with sellers I also coordinated with photographers, stagers, home organizers, etc to ensure the properties showed their best. Marketing of the properties included systematized email campaigns, open houses as well as social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn). I worked closely with the sellers to negotiate contract and contingencies and coordinated with lenders and title companies to ensure a smooth transaction.In addition to working directly with sellers -- upwards of 15-20 at any given time, I also managed my transaction coordinator, facilitated training sessions with team agents on best practices for conducting open houses and showing properties. I also conducted regular home-selling classes for interested clients. As Team Lead I developed a team of high-producing agents, transaction coordinator and associate agents that served hundreds of clients at any given time. I trained agents and team members on every aspect of the real estate transaction. Training included showing homes, writing contracts, negotiating offers and contingencies, working with lenders and title companies to ensure a stress free transaction for our clients. As an REO agent, I worked closely with Asset Managers to perform BPOs on hundreds of properties in Maryland. I performed Occupancy Checks, Cash for Keys meetings with home occupants, marketed new REO properties in the MLS and with email campaigns and promoted thru my network of realtors and lenders. All asset transactions were managed in Equator (previously REOTrans) to coordiante with other vendors necessary to close a transaction. I worked closely with the Asset Manager's title company to ensure closing occured on time and funded within the timeframe specified.I settled 50+ REO properties while maintaining the highest of ratings within Equator.
