I have been in hospitality recruitment since 1987, starting with Jubilee Catering Agency based in Frith Street, Soho, London where I worked with Michael O'Rourke. In early 1998 I headed up Higor Associates, based at the same address. The business was established to service the growing need for the hospitality industry to recruit management calibre candidates - I managed the fortunes of Higor Associates before leaving in 1991 to join Portfolio International which was then based at Bream's Buildings, London EC4. In 1993 I left Portfolio and co-founded Lister Charles with Jonathan Lister. In 2005, Lister Charles tied up with West One Hotel & Catering Consultancy creating a strong permanent and temporary recruitment business. We had offices in London, Bristol, Cambridge and Manchester. We prided ourselves on the reputation we have forged for ourselves through giving exceptional levels of service to both candidates and clients. In 2009, I joined Orange PSG in a Recruitment/Business Development CapacitySpecialties: Recruitment, at all levels, to the Hospitality and Leisure Industry - specialism Restaurants
