GBGH Missions was a shared vision to take groups of people to South and Central American third world countries. The primary purpose was to expose those who travel to these countries to experiences and needs that they do not see in their own culture. The secondary purpose was to provide monetary and construction assistance for the indigenous areas that are visited.

Responsibilities as a Project Manager and Project Superintendent included: Creating and tracking project schedules; monitoring the project budget; tracking and organizing all necessary documentation; designing and implementing efficient systems of organization; communicating with the architect and owner.Responsibilities as a Project Engineer included: Contacting potential subcontractors and dispersing all pertinent documentation and drawings; organizing bid packages; organizing subcontractor proposals; preparing and reviewing proposals to be sent to potential clients.

Responsible for spiritual, emotional, and physical wellbeing of forty-five middle and high school students. Established overall vision and direction for the group and organized a leadership team of 10 individuals, both paid and volunteer, to implement the vision and minister to the youth.
