Multi Family Real Estate Development throughout the United States.

Multifamily real estate developer working with a team of architects, contractors and other third party development team members. Tasks included working in all facets of real estate project development from concept design to closing. Ancillary work included overseeing property management reviews, coordinating with investors, and managing support staff. I was primarily charged with locating suitable developments, deal structure, community support and financial analysis of low-income multifamily housing transactions located in Kentucky, Indiana and Georgia. Coordinated with multiple agencies and service providers while simultaneously reviewing hundreds of potential deals. Achievements included 3 large transactions coming to fruition in early 2014 ($18MM in development costs) in an ever-changing environment, while successfully managing other team members. Additionally, a $13MM project in Georgia was awarded in late 2014.

I worked in the multifamily Capital Markets Group.This role entailed underwriting, reviewing third party reports and deal structure of multifamily housing transactions located throughout the continental US. Transactions were managed from letter of intent until debt/equity closing. Extensive uses of excel with high-level modeling, managing strict deadlines and presentations to senior management. Managed closing of $40MM in equity, $25MM in debt and $80MM in total development costs.

I managed a portfolio of middle market loans in the Kentucky affiliate. Duties included underwriting, monitoring, and helping to facilitate loan transactions.
