I'm really interested in what makes humans smart, and why tasks we take for granted can be monstrously difficult for machines. Closely related are my practical interests in education, human reasoning, gaming, computational neuroscience, and machine learning. While that may seem like a mish-mash of topics, if you go deep enough into any of these rabbit holes, you'll find that they're all connected! I'm currently on an experimentation kick - developing tools that help organizations distill fact from opinion is an overarching theme in my work.As of 2009, I'm no longer working in healthcare as a Kinesiologist.
