I’ve always approached my career as an education … trying to observe and learn from some of the most talented leaders and mentors in retail. My experiences at Gillette, Levi’s, Banana Republic, Lands’ End and, finally, Bath & Body Works, have provided me with endless opportunities to stretch, grow and learn. As a senior leader, I believe it’s part of my responsibility to help others learn, as well. To me, there’s nothing more valuable than giving your time and attention to develop a terrific team and strong future leaders. I am constantly inspired by brands and people that reinvent themselves to remain relevant while staying true to their values and beliefs, and that is exactly what I’ve found at Bath & Body Works.
