Datavant builds technology to allow seamless and secure healthcare data exchange across tens of thousands of healthcare institutions to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs. In July 2021 the company merged with Ciox Health, resulting in a $7 billion enterprise value business with over $700 million in revenue. Following the merger, became CFO for Datavant’s fastest growing, SaaS division.

As Datavant’s first CFO, oversaw 10x growth in revenue (ARR) in three years. Raised $40M Series B round and $2.5M SAFE investment, and completed successful first financial audit with Big 4 audit firm. Executed sale of the company and merger with Ciox Health in July 2021.

Comfy is an enterprise SaaS and IoT business that is changing the way people interact with their workplaces through smart building software. Served as Comfy’s first CFO, responsible for all finance, as well as human resources and facilities. Executed the sale of the company to Siemens in July 2018.

Funding Circle is the leading online global marketplace for small business loans, having lent over $1 billion in the U.S. and over $5 billion globally. As the first CFO for the company’s US business, built out the financial planning, treasury and cash reconciliation processes and controls to manage risk while allowing the business to scale. Company IPO'd on the London Stock Exchange in September 2018.

Nexxo is a direct to consumer and enterprise SaaS business that provides a full suite of everyday financial services to the underbanked market via proprietary kiosk, desktop and mobile platforms. Managed finance through a tenfold increase in revenue and multiple new product launches and strategic partnerships. Raised over $30 million of equity from three leading venture capital firms, and negotiated a $7 million revolving line of credit to cover day-to-day liquidity needs. Tracked and reconciled over $1.3 billion of small dollar transactions processed through proprietary system. Completed sale of the company to MoneyGram in 2014.

Led financial planning and analysis for PayPal’s International and Operations areas. Evaluated expansion opportunities and provided financial leadership to enable twelve new local country launches in Europe and Asia-Pacific. PayPal’s international transaction revenue grew eightfold, to almost $800 million, during tenure.

Developed financial plans and tracked performance, evaluated profitability and approved monthly sales campaigns, and delivered insightful management reporting.

One of two-person team sent to the United Kingdom to start up the company’s first international division. Launched UK credit card product in eight months. Business grew to over 500,000 customers and 150 employees within 2 years.

Developed and managed investor relations program when Providian was spun off from its parent company and went public on the NYSE as a Fortune 500 company.

Managed corporate-wide strategic planning process. Responsible for home equity lending credit function for one year.

Analyzed complex financial and economic issues arising in securities, antitrust and patent infringement business litigation and supported expert witness testimony of key findings.
