DKB Household is part of the Diethelm Keller Group, a privately owned 1.6bn CHFs Swiss holding company. Responsible for defining and delivering a 5-year strategic plan for the 70m CHFs manual appliances business. Managing the global business and P&L for the Zyliss, Cole & Mason, Jamie Oliver, Ken Hom and Culinare brands through the USA, UK and Swiss companies, as well as through an extensive network of international distributors worldwide.My main achievements:• Securing a change of direction and developing a growth-orientated strategic plan designed to achieve the group’s commercial objectives.• Increasing shareholder value achieving both consistent sales growth and substantial profit growth over the period 2014-2017. • Improving our product offering by redeveloping the product portfolio of all house brands and those brands we managed as licensee. • Developing the business internationally. In China, I developed new sourcing and engineering resources, as well as new category suppliers. I fully invested in digital marketing and sales capabilities in both the UK and USA companies in order to exploit the global retail channel shift, and I increased the business’ international sales resources, changing routes to market where necessary.

Responsible for all the group companies and operations of DKB; also all other international sales activities. The portfolio of brands included Outdoorchef and Heat (BBQ), Turmix and Koenig (Electrical), Zyliss, Cole & Mason, and Jamie Oliver (Manual appliances).
