I bring 15 years’ experience in strategy, policy, design and operations and organisational transformation in education, health and human services.I’ve had a diverse career. I am currently in a strategy and delivery leadership role for early childhood education at the NSW Department of Education.Before then, I directed and managed complex, high-priority projects at Nous for six years. I was also a board director of a medium-sized NFP that provides child and family services. Before consulting, I was both a public servant and a ministerial adviser in the Australian Government, a deputy principal of a Bronx high school, and manager of Aboriginal youth community programs in far western NSW.
