I love to solve problems. That is why I entered the change arena in the first place and why I have stayed here for 20 years. To solve problems I think deeply initially about “why” then move onto “who, what, when & how”.I pride myself on being able to keep both the big picture and the underlying detail in mind, doing so allows me to make pragmatic operational decisions without compromising the fundamental drivers for the change initiative.Having led change from within business and IT organisations I have the experience to be the ‘bridge’ that is so very often required for effective change execution.I have earnt my battle scars in the Financial Services industry, primarily working on Finance, CRES and Legal change initiatives.I have led a variety of programmes, of various sizes ($3 - $25m pa) which have delivered op. model, process and / or system change and have operated in a Global, cross-functional, matrix management environment.
