Dealing with all aspects of Betfair's Exchange Horse Racing product within the Market Operations department. This included representing the business on course, supporting the Key Accounts team, creating and managing large volatile markets and writing tipping articles for the websites. As a team leader I was responsible for overseeing and training a number staff as well as creating daily work schedules. I was also required to produce reports and analyse figures relating to revenue in order to justify markets. I successfully set up and managed a remote overseas office for Betfair before my final year with the business when I managed a Paddy Power retail outlet.
