Nick is an Operating Partner at Agman.He joined the firm in 2021 to support their rapidly expanding insurance platform. He serves as CEO of Aurenity, a new tech-enabled MGA in the E&S market that launched in January 2022 with $10m of seed funding from Agman. Aurenity is blending market leading talent with cutting edge underwriting analytics to deliver sustainable profit for its carriers and best in class service for its brokers over the market cycle. Nick also serves as Chairman of Virtus, an entrepreneurial insurance brokerage and consulting business and is a board member of Omaha National, a leading provider of Workers Compensation insurance. He is responsible for the identification and development of new opportunities in the insurance vertical for Agman, one of the largest private investment firms in the United States.Prior to Agman, he was founder and President of Brit Global Specialty Americas, spanning the US, Bermuda and Latin America. As a member of Brit’s group executive, he was involved in strategic, financial, and cultural oversight for one of the largest syndicates in the Lloyd’s of London market. He also served as Chairman of Brit USA, Brit Bermuda, and Commonwealth Insurance.Nick graduated from King’s College London and is ACII (Chartered Insurer) qualified. He is a former board member of City of Hope’s National Insurance Council from which he received the Bill Story Award in 2018. He is a Director and Treasurer of the Marine Preservation Society of the Florida Keys and serves on the Board of Directors for The Coral Restoration Foundation. He is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.
