About Nick Brophy

I'm a dynamic leader and business professional who thinks about the big picture and always striving to improve processes and profitability without sacrificing quality. I've been fortunate enough to work in some interesting industries such as economic/community development, entrepreneurship, distribution and logistics, government, and finance, just to name a few. Subsequently, I've held some really meaningful positions throughout my career and I've also founded a few (non-profit) organizations to boot. As a student of life, I strive to learn and develop personally and professionally each day. Moreover, as a career veteran of the United States Army, I cannot replace the lessons that servant leadership has taught me and how important leadership is to those receiving it. It is the foundation of who I am and what I stand for.
