US AP1000 Steam Generator Delivery and Installation Project • Project Engineering lead, managing structural engineer, drafting, fabricator and on-site installation teams • Led project proposal, design, vendor selection and fabrication, installation and final delivery of AP1000 Steam Generators, each weighing 800 tons • Successfully planned and executed delivery of seven Steam Generators valued at over $200 M • Shipping solution generated +$10 M in combined net project cost savingsEPC Project Management • Responsible for first-of-a-kind (FOAK) Project Engineering and Logistics engineering and operations execution at simultaneous EPC construction projects for the Westinghouse deployment of eight new AP1000 Nuclear Power plants for three different customers. • Acted as the Project Manager for the Reactor Vessel Fixture Design Review coordination and project recovery effort. Successfully delivered AP1000 Reactor Vessels and Reactor Vessel Heads to multiple plant sites through careful coordination with Westinghouse (Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain) and logistics partners• Coordinated with construction site personnel at the Vogtle Unit 3 and 4, and V.C. Summer Unit 2 and 3 including Program Managers, Construction Engineers, Quality Engineers, Rigging Superintendents and craft personnel to support deliveries of complex, multi-million dollar project cargo.• Led dozens of site Readiness Review meetings to communicate the degree of readiness of site construction teams to receive a variety of complex Class 1 Nuclear Island and Turbine Island Equipment.• Directly managed transportation and logistics service providers rigging and heavy-haul specialists and miscellaneous craft to execute project cargo lifting, storage and transportation operations.

Design Engineering Experience • Senior technical lead, responsible for delivery of all technical packages to field and customers, as well as technical planning and oversight for all delivery operations. • Coordinated closely with Westinghouse primary component Engineering to communicate applicable Design Specification requirements related to transportation and packaging. • Authored and verified fabrication specifications for structural steel weldments for railcar fixture and Project Cargo transportation securements. Consulted with Welding and Materials Engineering resources to approve vendor welding procedures and acceptance criteria. • Designed transportation securements for Nuclear Primary components weighing in excess of 400 tons in accordance with AISC codes (LRFD, ASD, etc) and parameters as well as other industry standards (AAR, ASME, BTH-1, etc) • Authored and reviewed Calculation Notes, fabrication drawings detailed shipping arrangement drawings to support the safe and efficient transportation of AP1000 plant equipment. • Directly managed drafters and design drafting operations within budgetary constraints to create applicable project drawings and other project deliverables.Field and Site Project Management Experience • AP1000 off-site project support included vendor oversight at Doosan (Changwan, Korea), Toshiba (Kehin), and BHI (Korea) • Supported AP1000 project development teams by participating in walkdowns at Darlington OPG, near Toronto, Canada and developing field survey reports. • Supported Nuclear Services project delivery teams with on-site Logistics support of the heavy lift and transfer operations of Entergy Replacement Steam Generators
