I run two software development teams based at Anglo American, working on the Health and Safety product portfolio within the Data Analytics space. We work on global projects spanning three continents, four countries and 5 time zones. My role is to oversee the Entelect teams' delivery and take ownership of the total technical solution. I am also involved in the overall Change Management process behind the project's rollout, informing the Communication Plan and overseeing the creation of Training Material etc.I also take part in upselling Entelect services into the client, along with negotiating commercials, creating scopes of work, quotes etc, and provide weekly reporting on projects to the client.

Heading up the Sales Systems component of the Sales Enablement function within the Vodacom Business (EBU) organisation. I headed up all sales capabilities, like the Sales Management mobile app, CRM system changes etc and acted as an Agile Product Owner within these spaces too - working hand-in-hand with IT teams to deliver these capabilities. I also managed the delivery of these teams.

Head up the Enterpise Mobility and Online development portfolios and strategy for Vodacom Business, overseeing the development of the roadmap and the delivery thereof, being responsible for multiple teams and vendors across all levels of the business.I have successfully overseen many technological implementations within the business, playing many roles such as that of Product Owner, Portfolio Manager, Project Manager, heading up strategic projects, heading up with Vodacom Business Digital strategy, heading up the Enterprise Mobility capability development portfolio and much more. Most noteworthy: the implementation of the Sales Channel Support function, with capabilities developed that support the Sales Organisation.I worked across many different Vodacom offices, impacting the full national organisation, and then also spent a lot of time on projects with Vodafone UK, Germany and Italy.

I was responsible for the delivery of all digital solutions/projects for mobile and web across all of SAASTA’s programmes. I was also tasked with finding innovative ways of communicating (or facilitating others’ communication) science to the various audiences using digital (mobile and web) platforms. One of which was a social community platform called SETCom, used by scientists, journalists, professionals in SET, teachers, learners and science communicators to create communities of practice and knowledge sharing platforms. I was also responsible for all other digital work and raising visibility of mobile across business.
