I provided day to day quality support to extrusion operation supplying Renewal by Andersen with over 100 unique profiles extruded across 25+ extrusion lines. Responsible for building and maintaining key customer relationships as well as initiating and completing Deviation Requests, PPAPs, and CAPAs.Increased the collection and utilization of relevant data within the operation by creating and maintaining reports and dashboards through PowerBI. Replaced older quality equipment with new equipment that provides more integrated data, is more capable, and easier for operators to use. This has allowed for better troubleshooting and decision making by the Process Engineers and Techs as well as increased visibility for management to live quality metrics and KPIs.Represented extrusion plant in enterprise wide Quality sessions to foster alignment and elevate best practices. Aligned our extrusion plant with enterprise quality to bring us closer to ISO by creating and maintaining Governing and Department Procedures alongside our existing controlled documentation and setting up an internal audit process.
